We want to bring out the child's ability to express themselves and increase opportunities for parents and children to be close to each other.

I am Goshi, President of Kids Scope Inc. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), a company that supports child-rearing through intellectual education. On August 6 (Wed.), we will enhance the use of AI to generate dialogues for the "KIKASETE" intellectual education application and update the LINE function for parents.

According to the "International Survey on Early Childhood Family Education" (Benesse, 2018), mothers' "cuddly nurturing attitude" is associated with the development of children's "curiosity" and "ability to do their best." However, according to the "Results of a Questionnaire Survey for Childcare Providers and Parents on the Quality of Childcare" (Japan Research Institute, 2022), both parents and caregivers have a desire to emphasize "listening to children's opinions" and "support for growth tailored to each child," but there is a gap in that it is not realized as much as ideal The reality is that both parents and caregivers feel a gap between the ideal and the reality.
KIKASETE provides content that cultivates children's ability to think and express themselves while having fun through dialogue functions that elicit children's opinions and ideas in response to questions for which there are no correct answers. With this update, we have (1) enhanced the use of AI in the dialogue function and (2) improved the LINE function for parents. (1) In the dialogue function, the new function in June expanded the use of the AI to "read books" content, in which a professional narrator reads picture books to children, to make the dialogue even more child-friendly. The "LINE" function sends a text version of what the child has learned and the child's voice after learning, making it possible to enjoy the changes in the child's voice even more. We will provide opportunities to get closer to each child through the contents of the application and support parent-child time through the LINE function.
Since its release in 2019, 75,000 families have used our service and parents have told us that we are there to help them raise their children. We will continue to support parents who are involved in their children's growth and parenting through our services. We understand that you are very busy, but we would be grateful if you could cover this event and help us reach as many people as possible with the help of the press.
