Yumehoto releases "Rakuraku Production Software" on October 1 that enables editing of graduation albums with a smartphone, born from the voices of busy teachers and parents.

(Chuo-ku, Osaka; CEO Sayuri Hayashi), developer and provider of "Rakuraku Production Software," a graduation album production software, officially releases a mobile version compatible with smartphone operation on October 1, 2025.

- The following is content from the press release -

Graduation production software, which has been used by more than 3,000 organizations, has evolved! New version optimized for smartphone operation, available from October 1! An industry first! Compatible with PCs, smartphones, and tablets!

The intuitive operability popular with the PC version has been retained, but a new interface unique to smartphones has been added. Album creation is now even smoother, regardless of time or location.

While maintaining the intuitive operability that has made the PC version so popular, we have sought to make it easier to use on mobile devices, such as one-handed operation on a smartphone and an easy-to-tap UI. This allows busy teachers and parents to participate more easily and comfortably in the creation of their graduation albums, regardless of their time or location.

Background and Needs: The mainstream of graduate production is changing.

Our "Rakuraku Production Software" has been introduced to a cumulative total of over 3,000 schools and preschools (as of July 2025) since the service was launched in 2017, and is widely used as an option for graduation and graduation album production.
Looking at the ratio of production methods, software production expanded from 771 TP6T in FY 2018 to 88.21 TP6T in FY 2024. Now "albums produced by software" are becoming the standard.

Against this backdrop, we have developed a new interface optimized for the smartphone environment in addition to the PC environment, in response to the ever-increasing need for editing on smartphones.

Mobile compatibility reflecting user feedback

In our survey conducted from June 25, 2018 to March 27, 2025 (1177 organizations responded), we received numerous requests to accommodate smartphones and tablets.
In families without computers and in environments where it is difficult for parents to participate in the production process, a strong need was evident for the ability to edit from a smartphone.

Survey feedback (excerpts)

There are many families these days that do not have computers, but only smartphones and tablets, and because of this it has been difficult to get the number of people who can actually produce on computers. It would be nice to be able to edit on tablets and smartphones as well as computers."(Tokyo, day-care center, parent, early 30s)

It would be helpful if it could be done on a smart phone, as some parents are not familiar with computers." (Day-care center, nursery school, Hiroshima, day-care worker, late 40s)

It would be nice if we could work from smartphones as well as from computers, even when working in groups."(Osaka, kindergarten, parent, early 40s)

I'd really appreciate it if I could use the app to create albums on my cell phone, since not many families had computers and only one person had a computer."(Saitama, day-care center, parent, late 20s)

In response to such feedback from the field, the new mobile version was designed to allow anyone to participate in the production process with less burden.
