保育AI™を中心としたテクノロジーの力で保育や子育てに関する社会課題を解決するユニファ株式会社（本社：東京都千代田区、代表取締役CEO：土岐泰之、以下「ユニファ」）が提供する、保育総合ICTサービス「ルクミー」の保育AI™に関する新機能「すくすくレポート™」の先行利用施設数が、2025年6月末時点で500施設※を突破したことをお知らせします。
「すくすくレポート™」は同年3月10日の先行利用施設の募集開始以来、利用が拡大しています。今後もルクミーの保育AI™は、保育現場の課題解決と保育の「質」の向上に貢献していきます。

Outline
In today's childcare field, workloads are increasing due to a shortage of human resources, and the physical and psychological burden on childcare workers is becoming an issue.
Under these circumstances, the Digital Agency has set a target of 1001 TP6T for the adoption rate of ICT terminals in childcare facilities by the end of FY2025*, and the shift to DX at childcare facilities is accelerating. In addition to the digitization of a wide range of paperwork, including daily records, safety management, and collaboration with parents, there will be an even greater need to provide high-quality childcare services tailored to each child's developmental stage and individuality.
保育ICTや保育AI™の活用による業務効率化は、保育者の業務負担を軽減し、効率化によって生まれた時間を保育の「質」の確保・向上に充てるために不可欠となっています。
今回、ルクミー保育AI™の新機能「すくすくレポート™」が先行利用保育施設の募集開始後、約3か月半で500施設を突破しました。
ルクミーは、保育AI™を活用して保育者の業務負担を軽減し、こどもと向き合う時間を創出することで、保育の本質に集中できる環境を整えます。これにより、持続可能で質の高い保育提供体制の実現を目指します。

2．「すくすくレポート™」について

ユニファが提供する「すくすくレポート™」は、日々の写真、連絡帳、日誌などの膨大な過去の記録を生成AIが分析し、園児一人ひとりの成長やクラス全体の状況をまとめたレポートを自動で作成するサービスです。
This function reduces the workload of the caregiver in searching back through records, allowing them to spend more time concentrating on the essence of childcare. It also makes it easier to find children's absorbed play, the process of growth in childcare, and the individuality of each child, which can be used for dialogue among caregivers, review of their own childcare, and setting the next childcare goal. The reports can also be used in childcare plans and records.
Specifically, the following functions are provided
- Summarization from daily photos: Face recognition function extracts specific children, and text summarization is performed by image recognition and generative AI. The AI visualizes what the child was doing, who the child is often seen with, etc.
- Keyword extraction from photos: Automatically generates keywords that provide valuable hints for deep discussion of children's growth.
- Summaries including contact sheets and logbooks, and individual to class summaries: In addition to photos, text data from contact sheets and logbooks are combined and summarized to create individual and class-wide reports.

3. about Lukumi "Childcare AI™".
ユニファが提供するルクミーの『保育AI™』機能では、連絡帳・おたよりなどの文章作成を支援する『たよれるくん』や保護者に共有される写真に子ども達が偏りなく撮影されているかのチェックを支援する『ばらつきチェック』といった機能を提供しています。

In October 2024, based on the "Guidelines for Publicly Inviting Demonstration Organizations for the Use of Generative AI in the Field of Children and Childrearing" issued by the Administration for Children and Families, we began demonstration experiments using our generative AI technology at childcare facilities in Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture; Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture; and Komae City, Tokyo.
There is no need to worry about "mechanical" or "cold" childcare when using Lukumi's "Childcare AI™" service. Childcare is only possible with the thoughts and feelings of the caregivers who are always there to watch over the children. The "Childcare AI™" service assists the childcare provider in the smallest of details, helping to create time with the children.
Lukumi has developed a childcare method that combines the "Childcare AI™" service and the wishes of childcare providers, and has worked with childcare providers at facilities in 47 prefectures across the country. The duties of childcare workers are extremely diverse, ranging from managing children's arrival and departure from preschool, watching over them during naptime (nap time), preparing daycare diaries and plans, preparing documents to be submitted to parents and the local government, and managing shifts of childcare workers.
The "Lukumi" series automatically collects data on attendance, temperature, sleep, meals, and bowel movements, as well as photos taken with Lukumi Photo, and automatically posts them to forms and contact sheets. In addition, with Lukumi Noon Sleep Check, sensors detect body movements and the application automatically records the orientation of the body. Lukumi Noon Sleep Check has the largest market share in the industry*1. With the "Lukumi" series, we aim to achieve DX (Digital Transformation) of childcare-related operations and a significant reduction in workload, thereby creating more time and energy for childcare workers. The time created will also allow caregivers to spend more time with their children, which is important for them, and the provision of a photo documentation function will create an environment in which caregivers can easily share their observations of children's growth with other caregivers, thereby increasing rich communication. Through these efforts, the system will contribute to the creation of a rewarding work environment for caregivers and improvement of the quality of childcare services. To date, the "Lukumi" series has been installed in a cumulative total of over 20,000 cases, and has been introduced in approximately 70 municipalities*2.
