This year marks the fourth annual Fami-One Conference, an in-house online event for human resources and administrative personnel, health management personnel, and senior management.
The first Fami One Conference 2022, "Support for Balancing Fertility Treatment and Work: Where Do We Start? The second Fami One Conference 2023 was entitled "Hints for Creating an Organizational Culture that Increases Engagement: Pregnancy Support, DE&I, and Realizing Well-Being," and the third Fami One Conference 2024, held last year, was entitled "Two Days to Get Practical Hints for Balancing Work and Fertility Support The third Fami-One Conference 2024, held last year, was held under the theme of "Two Days to Get Practical Hints on Support for Balancing Work and Family Life: The First Steps in Diversity Management.
Approximately 300 people apply to participate each year, and the process develops into actual implementation and collaboration.

This year's fourth annual event will focus on support for balancing work with life events such as infertility treatment, childcare, menopause, and nursing care, and we hope to provide tips that will inspire participants to put them into practice in the future.
Each year we have speakers at this conference from a variety of industries and companies of various sizes. In addition to lectures by Fami-One experts, panelists will include representatives from companies engaged in various types of work-life balance support, who will talk about support for balancing work and employee life events.
We would like to provide an opportunity to share issues, concerns, and conflicts with participants through actual examples such as "We established this system because of these issues and thoughts," "We are thinking of trying something like this in the future," "We actually received feedback like this," and "Unfortunately, the effect was not what we expected. We will not only introduce success stories, but also discuss what perspectives and thoughts we are working from, what we want the world to become, and so on, to make this a conference that moves forward into the future.

Overview of the "Fami-One" welfare service
Support with two axes: creating a climate for the entire organization and providing individual support to the parties involved.
The "Fami-One" welfare service supports the promotion of corporate health management, support for a healthy work-life balance, and promotion of women's activities by "improving employee literacy and fostering a corporate culture through seminars and training by experts" and "supporting individual employees through online health consultation.
Employees of companies that have introduced Fami-One can consult with qualified external nurses, psychologists, career consultants, and other professionals on a wide variety of topics online, regardless of time or location. By providing an environment where employees can consult anonymously and without the company knowing the content of the consultation, the system is expected to enhance psychological safety and improve employee satisfaction. In addition, by discussing concerns at an early stage and becoming aware of one's own physical and mental state, it can be expected to promote behavioral change and prevent health problems before they occur.
In addition, seminars/training sessions are provided for all employees by professional lecturers to increase literacy throughout the company. In particular, about 70% of female employees want their supervisors and others to understand women's specific health issues*1. Seminar/training topics can be customized*2 according to each company's needs and sense of the issues.
In September 2018, we began offering corporate employee benefit programs. In addition to introducing employee benefit programs to Odakyu Electric Railway and TBS Welfare Association, we have also provided seminars to Sony, All Nippon Airways Corporation (ANA), and ITOCHU Labor Union. We have also provided the program to local governments, including Yokosuka City in Kanagawa Prefecture, Nagasaki Prefecture, Suginami and Setagaya Wards in Tokyo, Mihara City in Hiroshima Prefecture, and Ora Town in Gunma Prefecture, ranging from prefectural units to core cities, as well as municipalities with tens of thousands of residents.
