(Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasuaki Ikoma; hereinafter "Linkage"), a preventive medicine tech startup, announces that the number of participants in its menstrual pain experience training program has surpassed 10,000.

More than 270 corporations have adopted the program within one year of its launch, and the menstrual pain experience training program has become a standard for in-house training.

Since the start of the business, training has been provided to many corporations, labor unions, health insurance associations, etc. In addition, in April 2025, the menstrual pain experience was provided at the Netherlands Pavilion at the Osaka/Kansai Expo in Japan. The program has been adopted not only by corporations with a high ratio of women, but also by corporations with a low ratio of women, such as factories and sites supporting various infrastructures. The training focuses on the "menstrual period" of women, who are usually a minority, and is highly regarded as an opportunity for men to acquire knowledge to imagine what it is like to "work with menstruation" and to promote mutual understanding and empathy among women by experiencing simulated menstrual pain, which varies greatly from person to person. The program has also been highly evaluated as an opportunity to promote mutual understanding among women and to generate "empathy" by simulating menstrual pain, which varies greatly from person to person.

An "experience" different from what was seen or heard promotes behavior change.

In a survey of training participants, the percentage of those who thought that they themselves should change their behavior, such as talking to others, increased by 84% before and after the training, indicating that this training was a turning point toward behavioral change in consideration for others. Linkage will continue to strengthen its training delivery system, aiming for a cumulative total of 100,000 participants and over 2,000 training sessions by the summer of 2028. Linkage will continue to contribute to the creation of workplaces where people are considerate of each other's health conditions and care for each other through the menstrual pain experience training.
