The Association for the Promotion of Children's DX (located in Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hisakazu Takaishi; hereinafter "the Association") will begin accepting applications on June 2, 2025 for new themes, conference bodies, and conference leaders to discuss, conduct surveys, and make policy proposals concerning Children's DX for regular members of the Association.*In this open call, those who have not yet become members can participate if they apply for membership by June 17 (Tue.) (regular members). For details, please refer to the application guidelines.
Background of Public Offering
For about two years since its establishment in February 2023, the Association, with the cooperation of many of its members, has been operating a conference body to discuss, research, and make policy recommendations on various topics related to Children's DX.
In the fifth phase, which began in April 2025, we are working on a total of six themes: Childcare DX Committee, Safety and Security Tech Subcommittee, Data Linkage Subcommittee, After-School Child Club DX Committee, Electronic Maternal and Child Health Handbook Committee, and Administrative Procedures DX Committee, which are attended mainly by regular members of the Association.
In order to promote open discussions on an even wider range of topics for the 6th term, which will begin in October, we are now accepting applications from regular members for a new theme and for the head of a new conference body.

Proposal to establish a new conference body from the 6th period (October 2025 - end of March 2026)
*It is assumed that the applicant will assume the role of the head of the meeting body of the said conference.
*Major roles of the heads of the bodies (chairpersons and subcommittee chairpersons)
Developing and facilitating the management policy of the conference body.
Selection, coordination, and collaboration of members
Liaison with MISHOP board members and secretariat, and reporting on the results of activities, etc.

After receiving your application for membership, you will be notified of the result after the prescribed screening and approval by the Board of Directors. After the decision is made, you will be able to apply for the current open call.
If you wish to become a member regardless of this open call, we will accept applications at any time after June 18.
Application Requirements
Those who meet the following three conditions
1: The applicant must be operating a business related to the area of the conference theme.
2: Any of the following positions
Representative of a company, director, or executive officer of a related business, or business manager or equivalent.
If you do not fall under any of the above categories, a letter of proxy from your company is required at the time of assuming the post of conference chairperson,
Consent must be obtained at the time of application.
3：Ability to assign at least one secretariat member in the management of the conference body.

Association for Promotion of Children's DX
The Association for the Promotion of Children's DX was established in 2023 mainly for the purpose of system standardization, surveys and research related to Children's DX, and policy proposals related to Children's DX.
