Background
With the declining birthrate and the increase in dual-earner families, the physical and mental burdens of housework and child-rearing have become more diverse and complex over the years. Many parents feel regret and guilt because they sometimes "scolded" their children or "failed to face their children properly.
This event was planned and held in the hope of creating an opportunity for parents with the same concerns and feelings to share them with each other by putting such "I'm sorry" feelings into words and taking a fresh look at the parent-child relationship.
URURU has been providing services to record family memories and support parent-child relationships through Enphoto, an online photo sales service for nursery schools and kindergartens, and OurPhoto, an on-site photo service. This event is part of our ongoing efforts to bring smiles to the faces of children and their families through Enphoto since November 2021, We have decided to jointly hold this event in order to expand the possibilities of social contribution through the event as a "new form of support that is not limited to donations".

FOR CHILDREN PROJECT founder, Mr. Hannya comments

It takes courage to say "I'm sorry" to someone.
First of all, we must say "I'm sorry," and in order to feel that way, we must also have the presence of mind to think and feel calmly.
And it is the making of that mental space that is difficult.
I launched the FOR CHILDREN PROJECT to look at this difficulty.
We are pleased to announce that we will be holding the "Ano Toki Gomen Ne Exhibition" in collaboration with Ururu.
For those who submit "Sorry" episodes and for those who visit the site,
We hope that this will be an opportunity to create a bit of open-mindedness and softness.
We invite you to take advantage of this opportunity to reconnect with those closest to you.
Comments by Hidetsugu Tanaka, Director in Charge, Ururu Inc.

Through Enphoto and OurPhoto, URURU has been helping parents and children capture their precious moments in photographs. Each moment of a child's growth is too precious to be missed, and each moment is truly a treasure. As a parent of a child myself, I feel this way every day.
On the other hand, parenting is always accompanied by "worries" and "conflicts. There were days when I didn't have enough time in my heart, or when I was too busy to face my children properly. Looking back, there were many times when I wished I had been more gentle with my children or listened to them more carefully. I also realized that there are not many places where I can feel free to express my feelings and hesitations. Whenever I see tragic news about childcare, I feel that this is not a distant story, but a problem that affects each and every one of us.
The "Ano Toki Gomen Ne (I'm Sorry for That Time)" exhibition is more than just a photo submission event. We hope that by putting into words the feelings of "I'm sorry" that we all have in the daily routine of child-rearing, it will provide an opportunity to take a fresh look at the connection between parents and children. We hope that by expressing the feelings of "I'm sorry" that we all have in our daily child-rearing, it will encourage people to take a fresh look at the connection between parents and their children.
