1. 2 free consultations with a specialist within the term
Through online individual consultation (50 minutes) or online group consultation (50 minutes), an experienced support specialist will advise you on the best individualized method.
2. once or twice a month Parents' chat meetings are held online
This is a place where parents in similar situations can share their concerns while professionals are involved as facilitators. The meeting is held once or twice a month. The number of meetings may increase in the future.
3. free participation in real seminars and events
Colorful Plus members can attend seminars and events featuring development-related experts and a variety of lecturers free of charge. The first event will be held in September 2025.
4. free participation in online seminars by experts
Colorful Plus members can participate free of charge in online seminars featuring expert lecturers not only on developmental issues, but also on money issues such as disability pensions, and women's childcare and work styles.
The first meeting will be held on July 20, 2025 (Sun.) at 1:00 p.m. with Mr. Yuki Kojima, a developmental support consultant whose books have sold over 90,000 copies in 16 editions.

Those who are unable to attend the above event may view it at a later date via archived streaming.

Mitsue Tanaka, the representative of Hikari Enext Inc., the company that manages "Colorful Station," is herself a mother of a daughter with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder, and a son with typical developmental disorder.
Before giving birth to my daughter, I was working full-time as a web director at a major advertising agency. However, I left the agency after struggling to balance work and childcare to raise my daughter, whose development such as walking and speech was delayed. For the first time in my life, I began working part-time, and my income plummeted.
However, even at that part-time job, I was confronted with the harsh reality that if I could not work regular hours because of my daughter, I would have to take a pay cut. In the end, in order to make ends meet and raise my child, I chose to work from home as a freelancer in a web-related business, taking advantage of my experience as a full-time employee.
What I witnessed when I became a freelancer was that there are many parents (especially mothers) across the country who are isolated and share common problems in the same situation.
- I don't know where to turn for help.
- I don't know what to look for and what to trust because even with developmental disabilities, there are many different characteristics.
- I want to communicate with other parents in similar situations, but I don't know how to take action.
- I have few social connections that forced me to quit my job. If I could return to work or start my own business, I would.
In the midst of all this, I decided to spend my life to help parents in the same situation and launched the online platform "Colorful Station".
Using his experience as a person involved in raising a child with developmental disabilities and his own web knowledge and skills, he decided to work as a corporation rather than as an individual to create a platform that parents can truly use with peace of mind. In supervising content and planning services, we strive to disseminate objective and credible information by receiving supervision from experts in medical care, rehabilitation, and childcare, and working together to create the platform.
And the recently released "Colorful Plus" is a service that provides more detailed support based on a platform that can be used by parents who have concerns about raising children with developmental disabilities or children in the gray zone. The service is unique among its competitors in that it offers a wide variety of services involving various professionals with a wealth of experience in providing support at relatively low fees.
Current Status of Childcare for Children with Developmental Disabilities
According to the results of a survey conducted in 2022 by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, an estimated 872,000 people were diagnosed with developmental disabilities.
About 1 in 10 people have been diagnosed with a developmental disability.
