With AI-based functions for creating maternity leave plans and supporting communication between employees taking maternity leave and human resources, workingU will provide total support to help companies cope with the revised Child Care and Family Care Leave Law, which will take effect in October 2025.

background

The rate of male employees taking childcare leave in Japan has been increasing year by year, reaching 301 TP6T in FY2023, but is expected to accelerate further in the future in light of the government's target of 501 TP6T by FY2025 and 851 TP6T by FY2030. In parallel with the above, the revision of the Child Care and Family Care Leave Law from April 2025 will make it mandatory for companies to hear and consider the individual wishes of their employees, which is expected to further increase the workload of the human resources department. Employees who take childcare leave also have many concerns, such as the impact on their careers, the loss of income, and concern for the departing workplace.

The workingU will improve the quality and efficiency of the complicated HR work processes, such as the understanding of the system, careful communication within the company, response to inquiries, and the increase of administrative man-hours. We will improve the quality and efficiency of the complicated responses required for human resources and labor affairs.
