(headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Keiko Kowaki, President) announces that, effective April 1, 2025, grow&partners, Inc. has changed its company name to ASUKU Inc.
With the mission of "making all of society a place for exciting learning for children," we have developed a variety of services with the aim of creating a society filled with smiling parents and children.
Specifically, we offer "Asuiku," a temporary daycare search and reservation service that allows reservations at approximately 100 daycare centers mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area, as well as "Ekiiku," "Exploreiku," "Happiiku," and other hands-on daycare programs that not only take care of children but also turn daycare time itself into a rich learning and hands-on experience in cooperation with railroad companies and commercial facilities such as Tokyu Department Stores, ATRE, Lumine, and Parco. We also offer hands-on childcare programs such as "Eki Iku," "Sagai Iku," and "Happi Iku," which turn childcare time itself into a place of rich learning and experience.

This corporate name change is intended to more clearly communicate such business aspirations and unify our service name and corporate name to realize our mission, "Making all of society a place for children to learn and be excited", and to further increase familiarity and recognition of our services.
The new company name "ASUIKU" means "Asatte-going nursery school" and "Asatte = future childcare" etc., as well as the idea of "moving forward into the future".
The corporate logo has also been renewed in conjunction with this change.
The new logo is based on the initial letter "A" of ASUKUIKU, and is inspired by the image of a tobira (a doorway) to create a seamless future. There are still barriers in the area of childcare. ASUIKU's Tobira seamlessly connects the domains of families, childcare facilities, and corporate assets. By seamlessly connecting these domains, we aim to bring innovation to society and create a bright future.

Over the past year, we have been able to see the smiling faces of many parents and children through our many programs.
As we continue to further expand our services, we hope that by matching the name of our services with the name of our company, we will become a company that people will become more familiar with and remember.
As the wish in the design of the logo implies, the members will work together to move forward from here, one step at a time, toward a bright future filled with the smiles of parents and children.
