Background of Collaboration
As awareness of postpartum care facilities grows, we have received many comments from our hotel guests, such as "I had a hard time breastfeeding at night" and "I wish I had known about this kind of service earlier.
In fact, while approximately 98% of mothers in the BeView survey were aware of the existence of postpartum care facilities, many said that they did not get enough sleep or had difficulty breastfeeding at night, and almost 100% of mothers needed third-party support.
Against this backdrop, Beview and our facility have joined forces to provide information and experiences that will help mothers, babies, and their families feel at ease while seeking "what is truly useful postpartum support? Initiatives
(1) Permanent "2024 Babiew Best Baby Goods Awards" exhibit area
Based on the results of a Beview survey in which 95% mothers said they experienced unexpected additional purchases after giving birth, baby goods that were actually highly rated are on permanent display.
Some of the items that won the "2024 Babiew Best Baby Goods Award", which were well received at Daikanyama Tsutaya in February 2025, will be available for viewing at the area adjacent to the baby room at Marm Garden Resort Hayama until the end of October 2025.
(2) "Baby Goods Lecture by Babiew," a lecture for overnight guests only, "What you really need now that you have a baby".
Based on real word-of-mouth data held by Beview, we introduce items that active moms and dads say they are glad they bought.
Many have said, "I didn't know where to start buying, so the course helped me sort it out."
Future Outlook
The two companies will continue to strengthen their efforts to provide information and experiential value to families during pregnancy and postpartum through hands-on events, sampling, and giveaway programs.
