Background of Development｜Still Severe Working Environment for Single Parents
According to a survey by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, the relative poverty rate for single-parent households in Japan is about 44.51 TP6T, the worst level among OECD countries (the average relative poverty rate in OECD countries is 30.51 TP6T). While the average annual household income of households with children is 8,135,000 yen, the average annual household income of single-mother households is about 3,730,000 yen and that of single-father households is about 6,060,000 yen, making their economic situation relatively severe.
On the other hand, career counseling opportunities available to single parents are limited, and many are unable to access quality career support due to time constraints and geographical factors. Furthermore, many parents find it difficult to seek advice on balancing work and child rearing during the opening hours of support offices.
Against this backdrop, we felt the need for an environment where single parents can receive professional career counseling "anytime", "anywhere", and "free of charge", and developed this service as a solution utilizing the latest AI technology.

The "PairTil GPT_Career Concierge" provides personalized and optimized advice specialized for career development by attending to the situation and concerns of each individual single parent. Rather than providing institutional information, the "GPT_Career Concierge" acts as a "companion" to work together on a concrete action plan of "what to do from tomorrow," including practical career strategy planning, specific skill improvement methods, and effective job hunting techniques.
We support single parents in building their careers "without being alone" by providing an environment where they can easily consult with us regardless of time or place.

This AI employs a multi-agent system that has seven expert agents inside, each of which cooperates with the other to generate optimal answers.
