(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kei Kawashima) has added a new toy teaching material, "Pipe Builders," to its correspondence course "Wonder Box," which allows students to enjoy learning STEAM educational materials in the comfort of their own homes.
Pipe Builders" is an educational material that fosters imagination and creativity by allowing students to freely create shapes by combining pipes. By combining apps and toy materials, we offer a new kind of learning experience where students can experience the fun of making what they envision in their minds into a shape in their own way.
In addition, as a limited campaign to celebrate the 5th anniversary until March 10, 2025 (Monday), those who enroll in Wonder Box during this period will receive a special benefit for each course they take.
About "Pipe Builders
Wonder Box is a distance learning service that fosters thinking and creativity through STEAM materials in areas such as programming, science, and art. In the five years since its launch, the service has been well received by children and their parents as a service that uses new ideas and technologies to bring out an unparalleled intellectual excitement.
The newly released "Pipe Builders" from Wonder Box is an educational material that allows students to experience the fun of making what they envision in their minds into a shape in their own way through the creation of three-dimensional objects with pipes.
By combining digital and analog teaching materials, we encourage students to spontaneously create new things under appropriate step-by-step design, saying "I want to make something like this! and spontaneously create something new.
Features of "Pipe Builders"
Both app and paper guides make it easy to understand the procedure.
It takes advantage of both the "goodness of being able to grasp the whole picture at a glance" that only paper can offer, and the "goodness of being able to intuitively understand the flow" that only video can offer.
Step-by-step design that brings out the "fun of making" and fosters creativity
In this material, we start with problems that are "easy to understand and easy to tackle in terms of completion," and gradually step up to more advanced problems.
First, you can challenge yourself with fun, full-body challenges such as "Let's make a gate you can climb through" or "Let's make something bigger than you are taller than you are. You can understand how to use the basic teaching materials as if you were playing with them.
The next step is to tackle the developmental question, "How can we arrange what we have made?" This will allow you to broaden your imagination and experience the joy of creating forms freely.

Submit your work on the app and be inspired by each other's work.
You can submit your work to the app and create images combined with Wonderbox characters on the app.
Delivery Schedule and Eligible Courses
Pipe Builders" was launched in the January 2025 issue of Wonderbox's Junior Plus course (for older students) (available December 25).
Pipe Builders Advanced, which contains more advanced subjects, was released at the same time with an expert course (for elementary school students).
In "Pipe Builders Advance," the challenge is to recreate the features of buildings such as the Tokyo Tower and the Taj Mahal.
