With this new service, the entire process from consultation to drug prescription and issuance of a permit can be completed online.
With the spread of influenza and other infectious diseases, this is a new option that contributes to the psychological burden of visiting hospitals to issue permits to attend preschool and the effective use of limited medical resources.

During times when infectious diseases are prevalent, pediatric appointments fill up quickly. As a result, we have received requests from many families who feel sorry about having to make an appointment just to get a permit to go to preschool, or who feel uneasy about taking their healthy children to a hospital where the risk of infection is high.
With the launch of the Permit to Attend service, we hope to alleviate the "difficulty in accessing medical care" and "anxiety about the risk of infection" felt by parents, and provide peace of mind to many families while ensuring that limited medical resources are reserved for more seriously ill patients.
Service Overview
How to use
- If you wish to request a medical checkup to issue a permit to attend preschool, please tap the "Request a medical checkup" button on the TOP of the application, and on the next screen, select the "Request a medical checkup to issue a permit to attend preschool/school" button.
- This service is also available for patients who have been diagnosed with a disease at other medical institutions other than "Mimete Call Doctor".
- You can attach an image of your prescription or medication book if you have one, but even if you do not attach one, you can still request for a permission slip to attend the school.
Permit to attend preschool/school
- Permission slips can be viewed in the app's consultation history after the consultation is completed. It can be downloaded on the same day.
- Please print and use the form by yourself.
- The corresponding forms are those prepared by call doctors. Please note that we do not support the forms of each local government.
Name of disease that can be handled
The following are the names of illnesses for which a kindergarten permission slip can be issued. For whooping cough, rubella, and measles, please request issuance at the medical institution where the child was diagnosed.

If a disease other than those listed above can be diagnosed through the online medical examination, we can issue a permission slip for the child to attend preschool.

- The fee for issuing a permit to attend preschool is 1,100 yen (tax included).
- The issuance fee is not covered by the medical card, etc., and is at your own expense.
