Going forward, the entire company will work together to create new customer value and accelerate business growth by expanding the strong business synergies with GMO-PG and moving forward to a new stage.
Background of Joining GMO Payment Gateway
Enpay has continued to grow since its inception in November 2018 with its core services "enpay" and "koufuri+", a collection operations support service specializing in the childcare and education industries. Our mission is to deliver "friendly fintech." With our mission to deliver it to society, we have been inventing cashless and DX services for the childcare and education industries, and have been making efforts to promote them so that society can realize new values. Thanks to the support of our many customers and users, the number of facilities that have introduced the service has exceeded 2,400 (*1), mainly nursery schools, kindergartens, and school-age facilities nationwide, and the service is also being introduced to local governments, including Okayama City and Kumamoto City. The total amount of service distribution has exceeded 23 billion yen since its release (*1).
In order to enhance the cashless DX service specialized in the childcare and education industry into a stronger and higher quality service and to deliver it to society in a sustainable manner, we have joined GMO-PG, with whom we have formed a business alliance in 2020 and a capital alliance in 2023. By combining Enpay's customer base and knowledge in the childcare and education industries with GMO-PG's settlement services, we aim to provide sustainable, stable, and progressive services, and will strive to further improve customer convenience and satisfaction, and contribute to social development by providing safe and secure financial services.
There will be no impact on customers using any of the services.
