(Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Hideki Nemoto; hereinafter referred to as "JR East Urban Development"), which manages and operates the elevated railway tracks of JR East, has won the third annual "Lighthouse" competition for new business proposals in cooperation with ReGACY Innovation Group K.K. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Koichi Naruse; hereinafter referred to as "ReGACY") and Mine Co. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Koichi Naruse; hereinafter "ReGACY") and Mine Inc. (Head office: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President: Akane Uemura; hereinafter "Mine"), and is conducting the commercialization verification of "TAKUJI STATION Takuste, a new childcare support and childcare service provided by the community" in the third "Todai" in-house competition for new business proposals. (Mine.), as part of the third "TODAI" internal competition for new business proposals.
About TAKUJI STATION Takuste
In a survey conducted by JR East Urban Development targeting the child-rearing generation with preschool children, we received many comments such as "I don't have time alone" and "I tend to put my own plans on the back burner" as common concerns. In addition, when we looked at the utilization rate of temporary childcare services, we found that many people were still concerned about the quality of the services, which led us to believe that the services were not yet well suited for many people.
We aim to provide safe and secure childcare services and to realize "new childcare support for the community" by making local services more accessible and easy to use during the hours when you leave your child with us.

Childcare Service and Location
The childcare service provided by Takuste is based on the "childcare specializing in temporary childcare" know-how cultivated at min tid mom, a childcare center operated by Mine (store: Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama), providing parents and children with safe and secure time and services. The three demonstrations will be held at Station Conference Kawasaki, which is directly connected to Kawasaki Station and offers rental meeting rooms and event venues.
About our partners
We have partnered with companies operating in the Kawasaki area that share our belief in the necessity and importance of childcare support. In a demonstration experiment to commercialize the service by the end of this year, we are working to realize "a new type of childcare support for the local community" by offering special benefits to taxicab users.

About the Demonstration Experiment
The second and third demonstrations for the commercialization of TAXTE are scheduled to be held in October and November.
