Babydoor K.K. (Head office: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; President: Ami Nakagawa), operator of a baby equipment rental and sales service, has launched an English language support function for its "Share Buggy" stroller sharing service.
What is "Share Buggy" stroller sharing service?
1) Easy with the app! Stroller Rental
You can go out with your children without bringing a stroller, and with just one app, you can rent a stroller at any place you like and return it freely to any place where ports are located.
(2) Map display function of surrounding facilities for babies
We provide information on convenient facilities for people with children, such as nursing rooms and children's spaces.
*All services are available in English, even stroller rentals, thanks to the English support function.
New Feature! Language support feature enables English support in the app and chat with operators.
With the expansion of inbound demand, we have released an English language support function for "Share Buggy" to make it more comfortable for foreign visitors to Japan to use the service with their children. Other languages will be added in the near future.
Easy in-app language switching
If your smartphone's default language is English, it will automatically change to English. There is also a manual way to change the language.

1. Tap the menu in the upper left corner of the application
2. Select [English] from [Language].

Equipped with AI translation function in chat
Chatting with operators within the Share Buggy app, which you can use when you have any problems, is also equipped with an AI translation function, enabling smooth communication with ShareBuggy support staff.
