(Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yukio Sugino; hereinafter "SEGA Fave"), a member of the SEGA Group, conducted a survey of 400 parents with children aged 0 to 6 on the relationship between likes, strengths, and occupations during childhood to launch "ePICO," a hands-on educational device that helps children discover their favorite things. The survey asked 400 parents with children between the ages of 0 and 6 about the relationship between their children's likes, strengths, and occupations in early childhood.

Of the adults who reported working, 301 TP6T adults reported that their work was related to what they liked or were good at, and 701 TP6T adults reported that their work was unrelated to what they liked or were good at.

2. 35% of the reasons for not being able to find a job related to what they liked or were good at during their childhood were "Lack of skills" (Figure 2).
24% of adults responded that they never had anything they liked or were good at in the first place.

The survey revealed that while 1 in 3 adults are able to work with the likes and strengths they found in early childhood, 1 in 4 adults have not been able to find what they like or are good at, and 35% adults are not able to work with what they like due to a lack of skills. ePICO" provides 100 experiences for young children to discover the seeds of what they love, which will lead to their future.
