The development of the "Smartru" automatic-open/close wet tissue case was prompted by a comment we received in our questionnaire: "It is very inconvenient to open the lid when both hands are full or hands are dirty while changing a diaper, or to touch the case with those hands and get it dirty. We started developing this product in response to the feedback we received from mothers.
The number of automatic trash cans that open and close automatically has been increasing in the world, but the automatic opening and closing of cases for wet wipes and wipes was something that did not exist yet, so we had to design and design the product from scratch and find a factory. Moreover, the quality of the product did not meet our quality requirements, and we had to change factories and remake molds during the process. However, we are now confident that we have created a product that can be used by everyone. We are very happy to be able to offer Smartru, which we finally managed to commercialize, to you.
I myself have a 1-year-old daughter and use Smartru for diaper changes, and it has made taking out wipes much more comfortable. I also realized that opening and closing the lid of the wet wipe case, which I had taken for granted, was actually a small burden.
