(President: Toshiyuki Ozeki, Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) and Kataguruma Corporation (President/CEO: Hironobu Otake, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) have entered into a business alliance on September 1 to further develop sales of "hana-an®," an AI-based nap monitoring service developed by Likenalysis for daycare centers. The two companies will begin working together as business partners from September 1, 2012.

About "hana-an®" AI Noon-sleep Monitoring Service for Childcare Centers
This is an AI-based nap monitoring service created through joint research with RIKEN. The service simultaneously watches over up to 12 babies at a time, alerts the user if they continue to sleep on their stomachs, and automatically records their sleeping patterns (creating a nap checklist). The service is constantly evolving to provide unprecedented convenience and safety through a number of automations, such as the ability to start at the touch of a button even before babies are put to sleep, which is difficult to monitor, and a unique system that does not isolate the childcare workers who use the service. Our unparalleled multifunctional and labor-saving system has been covered by many media outlets.
