Members' voices (excerpts from interviews and survey results)

"I switched to asking Yohana to help me because I was less frustrated about having to do the research. Now that Yohana is doing it for me, I have more time to spend with my children."

"Yohana is like a supporter to me. Whenever I feel like, "I'm in trouble, what should I do? I believe that by first relying on a service like Yohana for even the most trivial of problems that I can easily find out after researching, I can face myself, my childcare, and my career to the best of my ability without giving up."

"It's easy to use, basically chatting with people, just like the messaging apps you use in your daily life. It's like asking my husband, "Can you look this up?" or "Can you get this for me?" I ask them just like I would ask my husband."

"I like the fact that I can broaden my research and learn things I didn't know. The peace of mind of knowing I have a place to throw it to if I need help is another reason I continue to use Yohana's services."

"It helps with daily tasks, of course, but I feel less lonely. It gives me peace of mind that there is someone I can talk to if something happens, and I feel more relaxed."
