BosaiTUBE Corporation (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) has been continuously pursuing the improvement of safety and operational efficiency at childcare and support sites for children with disabilities. The company is now launching a new service, "Toen Catch," which is the culmination of many years of research and development. The "Toen Catch" service is an innovative management system that ensures the safety of children and reduces the workload of staff at daycare facilities and support centers for children with disabilities. The service automatically records when children arrive at and depart from daycare facilities, allowing staff more time to spend with them. This allows staff to spend more time with the children, thereby improving the quality of childcare. Aoitori Gakuen, which operates three kindergartens in Kobe City, has already introduced the "Toen Catch" system with the help of a local government subsidy, and the system has been highly evaluated. The person in charge of the school said, "Since the introduction of the system, the staff has been able to spend more time with each and every child. The "Catch" system has been highly evaluated by our staff. In this way, "Arrival at School Catch" will become a new standard in the field of childcare.

The unique feature of the "Toen Catch" system is that children only need to wear a dedicated micro IC tag to automatically record their entry and exit from the school. This eliminates the need for staff or guardians to perform special operations and directly improves the efficiency of childcare operations. In addition, it is possible to centrally manage the arrival and departure times of children at all times, including late arrivals and early departures, in the cloud. In particular, for operators of after-school day care services and child development support, the 2024 revision of the law has made it mandatory to check 100% of the time children enter and leave the facility, not including the time they are picked up and dropped off, whereas previously only the number of times they entered and left the facility was checked. Therefore, the introduction of the "Toen Catch" system will directly improve operational efficiency.

As the "Toen Catch" system is also eligible for system introduction subsidies under the government's ICT promotion project, we will be happy to consult with local government offices as needed.
BosaiTUBE Corporation has been developing IoT for disaster prevention in order to provide disaster prevention support services as part of its efforts to promote smart disaster prevention. In response to requests from childcare and handicapped child support facilities, we have completed an ICT solution for childcare and handicapped child support facilities, a hands-free automatic attendance record system, to provide a safe and secure on-site environment while reducing the workload of on-site staff who support childcare and handicapped children. In the future, we plan to add functions related to communication with parents, such as email notifications when children arrive at and leave preschool, as well as functions related to childcare planning and recording as needed. All you need to do is to wear the tiny IC tag (30mm x 40mm x 8mm) on your bag or something else when coming to and going from preschool. The tag is so small that it can be attached to uniforms and shoes using a clip, etc., as well as to bags. The system can be easily installed by placing a dedicated access point at the entrance or front door and automatically record the arrival and departure of children as they pass through the access point. 400 tags can be received and identified simultaneously at a single access point, so there is no need to install a dedicated gate for reception.

Installation of access points requires no construction work as long as a power supply can be secured. If a power source cannot be secured, a dedicated solar panel can be used. Solar panels are ideal when considering power outages in the event of natural disasters. Constant power supply to the access point is very important to keep information uninterrupted. This cannot be replaced by smartphones or other devices that wish to use beacons.

The government is expanding ICT promotion projects for childcare facilities and support for children with disabilities, and is planning to develop the infrastructure for once-only childcare services by 2026. In addition to standardization of benefits, audits, and other operations, the company aims to develop a common system that will be linked to the business systems of childcare facilities and local governments, with the assumption that a nationwide joint database will operate on the government cloud. In response to the coming DX in the field of childcare, "Toen Catch" has already been designed to enable data linkage via a simple API, and we intend to contribute to standardization and once-only implementation in the field of childcare and support for children with disabilities.
