world-first(*)This is a rental service for equipment that allows pregnant women to watch their babies at home.
*According to our research, based on a December 2023 web survey (market research on non-medical ultrasound echo machines).

This time, as a new application development business that further utilizes Pokémum

  1. A smartphone application that allows pregnant women to automatically register a calendar with a record of their baby's growth (images or videos) in their stomach.
  2. Smartphone app to support prenatal and postpartum urine leakage training

These two initiatives have been carried out by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's FemTech Development Support and Promotion Project.

Both applications are scheduled to be completed by the end of FY2024. After completion, we plan to conduct FemTech promotion and education activities in cooperation with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and other local governments throughout Japan.

Features of the automatic fetal video recording application

Video or still images taken with a home echo are linked to an imaging application with a gestational calendar function. It can also be used as a communication tool with partners, relatives, and friends.

It is estimated that more than 80% of pregnant women feel "somewhat anxious" or "very anxious" when they cannot feel the fetal movement during pregnancy (according to our research). Under such circumstances, we hope that this application will provide an opportunity to increase communication with those around her and reduce stress during pregnancy, when she is likely to feel anxious and lonely.

Features of the Anti-Urine Leakage and Pelvic Floor Muscle Training Program

The movement of pelvic floor muscles monitored by a home echo can be checked. In addition, a pelvic floor muscle training program for postpartum urine leakage prevention utilizing echo is built in.

Leakage is one of the most common physical problems among postpartum women, and among those who have given birth

It is estimated that 65% have experienced (Survey of attitudes toward postpartum care). Many women suffer from prolonged urine leakage, some of which persists even a year after childbirth. By helping to resolve these minor problems, we aim to help postpartum women lead comfortable lives and raise children with a full range of physical and mental well-being.
