Health observation forms and pool cards, which used to be managed on paper, can now be managed digitally within the same system that communicates attendance and distributes notices.
This reduces the burden on parents to submit the forms and on teaching staff to manage them. In addition, the system is designed to allow schools to freely set items to be recorded, making it possible to check and record the health status of students according to their needs.
Costs associated with the use of the health observation function
The health observation function is included in the basic functions of the "RENRAKU APPLICATION" system.
Therefore, there is no additional charge for the use of the health observation function.
Facilities that are already using the system can also use it within the existing fee range.

Monthly fee (basic functions): 9,000 yen (tax included) per facility
