The monitoring event
Eki-iku" was monitored exclusively by ASUKU members in April.
In addition to the smiles on the faces of the children who participated, parental satisfaction was as high as 9.2 (on a 10-point scale), according to a survey conducted after the event,
The kids just had a blast."
'It taught my parents the manners I'd been taught.'
It was a great time for me to interact with the station staff, who I normally don't get to talk to very often."
It was an invaluable experience for my son, who wants to be a station attendant."
We received feedback such as
Photo of the day
1. a commemorative photo in front of the Shinkansen!
2. lecture on manners by station staff
3. the Shinkansen can be seen at such a close distance!
4. enjoy lunch time with station staff
Refreshment for parents and guardians.
We also found that for parents in child-rearing households who normally have difficulty taking time alone, being able to spend three hours on their own while their children experience their favorite train content at "Eki-iku" proved to be of great value as valuable refreshment time.
With data showing that more than 90% of parents raising children are stressed on a daily basis, we believe that such "alone time" is important for both parents and their children.
What is ASUKU?
Asuiku, a temporary childcare search and reservation service operated by grow&partners Inc. that can be used via smartphone and LINE, is a system that allows users to search for available temporary childcare services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in real time, make reservations, and complete payment in one minute.
Currently, approximately 50 childcare facilities, mainly in Tokyo, are available for online reservation.
All communication with childcare facilities and contact sheets can also be used from LINE, so even busy childcare providers can easily use the system in their spare time. This system makes the time-consuming process of applying for temporary childcare paperless, cashless, and phone-free, and has also won the 16th Kids Design Award and the Baby Tech Awards Special Award in 2022.
We are expanding our business with the aim of creating a society in which anyone can use safe and secure temporary childcare services at any time.
