ARpedia, an English language teaching tool for young children that combines AR and books, which has been sold in 11 countries and has won numerous international awards including the CES INNOVATION AWARDS, will finally be available in Japan.
AVR Japan K.K. (CEO: Masayuki Tateishi, Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "AVR Japan") has launched ARpedia, an English language teaching tool for preschoolers that hives together the traditional quality of books and the interactive features of innovative AR technology.
By connecting the dedicated "ARpedia" stand and a tablet with the "ARpedia App" installed and setting a book on it, the pictures in the book will start moving with AR technology. The initial set includes 10 intriguing books! Various tricks will grab children's attention and keep them interested.
