(Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Naoya Hashimoto) has announced that the total number of "Kusuribo," a chatbot system that allows users to easily search for reliable drug information at any time, which was launched on December 13, 2021, reached 1000 on August 10, 2022.
This service is a system that allows users to search for drug information based on the situation during pregnancy and lactation. Although responses are automatic, the system has more than 2,000 response patterns, and a post-use survey showed a very high satisfaction rate of 941 TP7T.

As for the backward-looking research using "Kusuribo" user data, a presentation summarizing the usage trends of approximately 540 cases was published in the "Journal of the Japanese Society for Telemedicine, Volume 18, Number 2" in October 2022, and received the Best Paper Award at the 26th Annual Conference of the Japanese Society for Telemedicine held from October 28 to 29, 2022. The paper received the Best Paper Award.

The most frequently used time slots are 10.91 TP7T at 15:00, 8.31 TP7T at 16:00, and 7.41 TP7T at 19:00. As for use during nighttime and early morning (18:00-8:00), 41.31 TP7T were accounted for, suggesting that there is a great need during times when face-to-face consultations are difficult.
