As the revised Child Care and Family Care Leave Law comes into effect in stages, PapaNinaru has been listening to the voices of pre-dads and senior fathers through roundtable discussions on childcare leave and stories of senior fathers' experiences. From the feedback we received, we learned that the childcare leave system is complicated and that there are cases where the company does not have an accurate understanding of the system.
There are also many pre-parents who do not have anyone around them to talk to about their concerns and worries about maternity leave. Men face a high hurdle from the consideration stage before taking maternity leave.
In order to solve the issues that arise when considering childcare leave, we developed "Papa Maternity Leave Pedia" with the hope that more fathers will consider childcare leave, keeping in mind that "the complex system is easier to understand.
