Through "Kyouiku Hiroba", NeoCareer aims to provide childcare workers with "real voices" inside daycare centers that cannot be seen through job postings and interviews, thereby preventing mismatches and early turnover of childcare workers after they join the company, and solving the problem of a shortage of childcare workers.

Background of the release

According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, as of April 2022, the effective ratio of job offers for child care workers was 1.98 (1.17 times the average for all occupations, *1), indicating that a shortage of child care workers is a problem. It is also known that the turnover rate of child care workers tends to be higher the less experience they have, and "human relations in the workplace" (*2.3) is the number one reason for child care workers to leave their jobs.

In order to solve the problem of a shortage of childcare workers, it is important to encourage childcare workers who are currently employed to continue working for a long time after joining the company. On the other hand, information on human relations and workload is difficult for non-tenured child care workers to grasp, as it is difficult to see the actual situation until they have joined a company. This is thought to be contributing to an increase in the early turnover of child care workers and mismatches after they join a company.

In addition to the childcare worker placement and job advertisement services currently offered on "Hitocia Childcare," NeoCareer will open "Childcare Hiroba," a word-of-mouth site that allows childcare workers to grasp the actual situation in a childcare center through word-of-mouth. This will help to solve the problem of a shortage of childcare workers while preventing early turnover and mismatches after hiring.
