Most of the 200 mothers and fathers used a combination of hydration and hats to prevent heat stroke when out and about.
2. what do you pay most attention to when you go out?
No. 1 'frequency of hydration': dehydration is said to have already occurred as soon as you feel thirsty.
No. 2 - temperature when going out: outdoor temperatures usually peak between 1pm and 2pm.
