We have recently begun accepting trials from a limited number of 30 companies in advance.

Let's take a look at the details from the press release.

- The following is content from the press release -

Recruitment begins on April 1, 2022 to coincide with the start of implementation of the phased legal revision of the Child Care and Family Care Leave Law.

(Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Banyuki Hattori) is pleased to announce the release of its second service, "babycare+ for Business," as a childcare support service for businesses. The new service, "babycare+ for Business," will be released as the second service of the new "babycare+" brand based on the concept of "peace of mind for childcare.
As symbolized by the revised Child Care and Family Care Leave Law, the situation regarding work-life balance has changed dramatically in recent years, and job seekers are increasingly looking for companies where they can work with peace of mind during their changing life stages. Companies are required to provide not only systems but also an environment where employees can balance work and child rearing with peace of mind, and these efforts are expected to "reduce turnover," "recruit a diverse workforce," and "improve employee satisfaction. These efforts are directly linked to "reducing employee turnover," "recruiting diverse human resources," and "improving employee satisfaction.
BabyCare Plus for Business" is a service that supports childcare with "baby tech" and "expert advice" to help companies create a comfortable work environment for all employees, including those on maternity or childcare leave. The service is designed to support companies in their efforts to create a comfortable work environment for all employees, including those on maternity or childcare leave.

■Behind the demand for "childcare support" on the part of companies

The environment surrounding households raising children is changing due to a variety of factors, and a response is required.

  • Increase in women's participation in society due to declining birthrate and aging population
  • Difficulties in balancing work and childcare due to one-parent childcare
  • Legislation to Promote Male Childcare
  • Promotion of Workplace Reforms

Against the backdrop of these social changes, the following issues are now emerging on the corporate side.

  1. Prevent job turnover due to the burden of childcare
  2. Increased recruiting ability to secure new personnel
  3. Creation of an environment that facilitates childcare leave (phased implementation of legal revisions to the Child Care and Family Care Leave Law from April 1, 2022)

In addition to responding to the social movement to amend laws and regulations, efforts on the part of the company to create a comfortable work environment for all employees, including those on maternity or childcare leave, will lead to improved performance of the company as a whole.
