In addition to childcare duties, childcare workers perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including attendance management, information management, annual childcare planning, and staff shift preparation. This workload is one of the three major reasons for childcare worker turnover (*3), and is further compounded by the need for thorough measures to prevent coronary infection.
