Dr. Takashi Mutoh, Specially Appointed Professor, Graduate School, Shiraumegakuen University

Graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Education, and withdrew from the doctoral programme of the Graduate School of Education at the University of Tokyo.
Formerly assistant professor at the University of Tokyo Newspaper Research Institute, assistant professor at the University of the Sacred Heart and professor at Ochanomizu University before assuming her current position.
Social activities Former President of the Japanese Association of Qualitative Psychology, former President of the Japanese Association of Developmental Psychology, former President of the Society for the Study of Training Courses for Child Care Teachers, former member of the Central Council for Education, former Chairman of the Child Care and Rearing Council, Cabinet Office, former Senior Fellow of the National Institute for Educational Policy Research.

Dr. Keitomo Ozuwada, Professor, Tamagawa University and Vice President, Japan Society for Child Care

Professor at the Faculty of Education, Tamagawa University. Specialises in infant and toddler pedagogy and parenting support. After completing a postgraduate degree in education at Aoyama Gakuin University
After completing her postgraduate degree in education at Aoyama Gakuin University, she taught at Aoyama Gakuin Kindergarten before assuming her current position. Vice-president of the Japan Society for Childcare Research and a member of the board of directors of the Society for Children's Environment.
Active in a wide range of activities, including television appearances and lectures, such as NHK E-television's Sukusuku Kosodatei.
