Second round online presentation schedule adjustment

Summary of Secondary Screening Presentations

  • Each exhibitor will be required to make a presentation pitch in an online meeting with the judging committee
  • 10 minutes for each product, 5 minutes for Q&A (Please allow 20 minutes for the meeting time to allow for audio connection checks, etc.)
  • Online presentations will be recorded by the jury. It will be shared with the jury members and used for judging purposes only. It will not be made available to the public. 
  • The online conference will be closed to the public. No third parties other than presenting companies, related companies, interpreters, the BTA Screening Committee, and the BTA Management Office will be allowed to participate.
  • Presentations should be given by someone who speaks Japanese. (If this is difficult, please submit a video with English audio.
  • We request that someone who speaks Japanese give the presentation. If this proves difficult, please submit a video with English audio.
  • The content should be freely composed of product stories, demonstrations of use, testimonials from actual users, future prospects, thoughts on childcare, etc.
  • The online presentation will be held from November 25 to December 24. If you are unable to make it, please contact the Management Office.

Notes

  • Please mute all non-speakers during the presentation
  • Separate speakers and slide manipulators (screen sharers) are fine.
  • We will review the recording and contact you via email if the review committee has any additional questions
  • Please cancel your reservation if you wish to switch to video submission after you have reserved a time slot.
  • Even if you exceed your allotted time, we will listen to you until the end. Please do not be rushed.
