Review Subjects and Review Divisions
Products and services to be reviewed
審査対象は、以下のCondition 1andCondition 2をいずれも1つ以上を満たすものとします。
Condition 1:使用者・対象者
次の ①〜④for any of the following
(i) Prospective pregnancies, mothers and fetuses during pregnancy and childbirth, and mothers in the postpartum period,
(2) Newborn (0-28 days old), Infant (under 1 year old), Toddler (preschooler)
(3) Guardians and relatives of infants, partners and relatives of mothers
(4) Caregivers of facility organizations, facility operators, and cared-for infants and toddlers and their parents
条件2：商品・サービスの形態
次の a.〜d. Any of the following
a. Electronic devices, appliances, and consumer electronics that operate on their own
b. スマートフォンやPC、インターネットなどと連動するデバイス・機器・電化製品・家電製品
c. Various applications for smartphones and PCs
d. Services and initiatives using ICT technologies such as websites, online meetings, etc.
Judging Section
全13部門に分類して審査いたします。該当部門は下記を参考としてください。
| 1. breastfeeding and eating Eats & Feeding | 給食システム、設置型授乳室、食育コンテンツ、スマート哺乳瓶、授乳室検索、授乳・食事の記録、メニュー作成、アレルギー対策、離乳食サブスクリプション、スマート調乳機、FoodTech関連など、子どもの授乳・食事に関するもの |
| 2. children's learning and play Learn & Play | Intellectual education (including developmental support) related to learning and play that can be started by preschoolers, such as robots, programming learning systems, educational apps, learning toys, smart plush toys, EdTech, etc. |
| 3. safety measures and oversight Safety | SIDS countermeasures for general households, danger monitoring systems, child location information confirmation, insurance, sitter dispatch, daycare center matching, etc., that look after children before they are involved in incidents or injured, and that provide general households with people and places to look after their children. Watching over products to prevent serious accidents in educational and childcare facilities fall under "8-b. Prevention of accidents during childcare" section. |

Progression of Judging and Composition of Awards
（一次）BabyTech® Awards 2025-26 認定
各部門ごとに書類審査を行い、一定基準を満たした商品・サービスを 「BTA認定商品 2025-26（BTA Selection）」 として選定します。
一次審査は、ご応募いただいた順に随時進行し、結果は順次通知We will do so.

（二次）BabyTech® Awards 2025-26 各部門 大賞・優秀賞
The "BabyTech® Awards Certified Products" that pass the preliminary screening in each category will be subject to a secondary screening to select the Grand Prize and Excellence Award.
After the sample product/application trial and online presentation, the judges will score each of the judging criteria items (see below) on a 5-point scale, and the total score will be used to calculate the ranking.
- Grand Prize: First Place in Category (1 point)
- Excellence AwardSecond and third place in the division.

- 二次審査ではプロトタイプやテスト機など、実際の製品で予定している性能を示すサンプルの貸与をお願いいたします。
（貸与期間：2025年12月〜2026年2月上旬。プロトタイプ生産数などの観点から貸与・返却時期は応相談） - バス・施設・建造物等に設置された装置はサンプル提出不要です。審査委員が現地を訪問し、設置状況を確認する場合があります。
- デバイスが開発中のテスト機の場合、最終製品と同等の性能が確認できない場合は審査対象外となることがあります。

- ベータ版であっても、 大賞・優秀賞受賞商品発表（2026年2月上旬）時点で一般公開されている状態であれば対象とします。（抽選・招待制によるクローズドベータ運用は不可。ただし不可抗力等による公開延期は猶予）
- Applications or services that have not yet been released or announced at the time of application may be submitted in a version under development, as long as they meet the above requirements.
- 応募時未発表の場合、リリース版と同等の機能・内容を確認できない場合は審査対象外となることがあります。
About the Applicant
- 応募者は、応募対象の事業主体（開発・製造元、施主、運営主体）または、事業主体から委託を受けた企業・団体とします。
- 委託を受けた企業・団体の場合は、事業主体の同意が必須となります。
- 日本国外で発売されている商品は、海外の事業主体または輸入代理店等が応募可能です。この場合も、事業主体の同意が必須となります。
scoring
- The first screening will be conducted based on the documents submitted by applicants.
- 二次審査は、審査委員が各基準について5点満点（5項目×各5点＝合計25点満点）で評価し、その合計点で順位を決定します。
- No priority order is assigned to each evaluation criterion; all items are assessed comprehensively.
- During both the primary and secondary screening processes, we may contact applicants to clarify any questions or request additional information.
評価項目とその基準（二次審査の視点）
- Problem statement, solution
- 課題提起（着眼点）に論拠があり、抽出の粒度が妥当であるか。
- 育児環境に対する問題意識・関心・思いを明確に持っているか。
- 提示された解決策が、課題を的確にカバーできる内容となっているか。
- Novelty, originality, and practicality
- 同様の製品・サービスと比較し、独自の取り組みや工夫があるか。
- その取り組みが、機能・使いやすさ・価格などの観点で優位性を生んでいるか。
- オンリーワンの特徴が、正しい優位性につながっているか。
- Functionality, ease of use
- 対象ユーザーにとって使いやすい設計になっているか。
- 操作の確実性や導線の明快さが担保されているか。
- デバイスの場合：設置しやすく、少ない手順で利用できるか。
- コミュニティサービスの場合：誰でも参加しやすい仕組みになっているか。
- 再応募の場合：前回応募時から変更されている場合、その改善が妥当か。
- Safety and health considerations
- デバイス・玩具などの物理製品において、育児現場で想定される事故や損害への配慮があるか。
- 保護者・子ども・家族などの個人情報や生活データを扱う場合、目的を明示し、適切に収集・利用しているか。
- データの保管・処理が安全に行われることが想定されているか(プロトタイプの応募があり得ることを想定しこの表記とする)
- Prospects, continuity
- 短期的成果だけでなく、長期的な利用や発展を想定しているか。
- 関連分野への展開や新規領域へのアプローチが期待できるか。
- 再応募の場合：新たな気づきや改善があるか。ピボットした場合は妥当性があるか。
各審査基準の配点は同等であり、合計点をもとに総合的な審査を行います。
